What assembly is required?
The wheels and pedals arrive installed. Install the handlebars, follow the supplied setup instructions, and complete the pre-ride checks before riding. See setup guides.
Which configuration is TriHauler Pro?
TriHauler Pro is the T4, now listed as the 1000W Rear Drive TriHauler. Choose 1000W Rear Drive in the motor options above.
Which models use a torque sensor?
The 750W Front Hub configuration uses a speed sensor. The 750W Rear Drive and 1000W Rear Drive configurations use torque sensors. The front-hub model also has a different frame appearance and a 17.5Ah second battery option.
Is riding a trike the same as riding a bicycle?
A trike handles differently from a two-wheel bicycle. Read your model’s manual and practice starting, stopping, and turning in a clear area before regular use. Slow down before turns and follow the load limits. Three wheels do not make a trike tip-proof.
How far can I ride on a charge?
Range depends on battery capacity, assist level, speed, hills, rider and cargo weight, temperature, and tire pressure. Use the range table and its reference conditions as a guide rather than a guarantee.
Where can I find more compatible accessories?
The add-on list is a shortlist. Browse all accessories for more helmets, mirrors, bags, and other options. Check each item's model and mounting requirements.
Where can I check shipping, returns, and warranty?
Eligible vehicle returns must be requested within 15 calendar days of delivery, with no more than 10 miles of use and subject to condition, approval and applicable fees. Eligible core components are covered for 2 years or 1,500 miles, whichever comes first. Review our Shipping, Return & Refund, and Warranty pages before ordering. Contact HJM for help with your specific product or order.
The TriHauler Terra T2, T3 and T4 are heavy-duty electric tricycles for adults, built for everyday errands and carrying more along the way. A low-step frame, fat tires, front and rear baskets, and Bafang motor options bring utility to your daily ride.
How does the low-step design make riding easier?
The low-step frame makes getting on and off easier, while an upright riding position and comfort saddle support everyday outings. Wide 4-inch fat tires cushion the ride on neighborhood streets, mountain roads and rough ground.
What can a heavy-duty cargo electric trike carry?
Front and rear baskets give groceries, picnic supplies and daily essentials a place to ride. TriHauler brings carrying space to a three-wheel electric bike, turning neighborhood trips and outdoor outings into more reasons to ride.
How can dual batteries extend your riding day?
A 20Ah battery powers your daily trips, with an optional second battery for longer rides. Choose single or dual batteries to match how far you travel, whether you are running errands or spending more time outdoors.
How does Bafang power support your everyday ride?
Bafang motors provide electric assistance for daily riding and carrying essentials. T2 and T4 rear-drive models use torque-sensing assist that responds to your pedaling effort. T3 uses speed-sensing assist with a front-hub motor, giving you another way to ride with less effort.
What helps you brake, park and stay visible?
Hydraulic disc brakes provide responsive stopping. Like a handbrake, parking locks help hold the trike in place during loading or when parked on uneven ground or slopes. Reflective tire sidewalls return light from headlights, helping you stand out from the side at dusk and after dark.
How does the differential support smoother turns?
The rear differential lets the two rear wheels rotate at different speeds through a turn. This helps the wheels follow their own paths for smoother cornering on your daily route. Built for daily journeys and off-road outings, this adult electric tricycle brings cargo-carrying utility beyond paved streets.
