2. Remove the front wheel, and put the front fork on the sponge.(front wheel installation guide)
3. Install the new brake rotor
a. Put the front wheel flat with foam padding at the bottom so that the hub axle does not touch the ground.
b. Use T25 Torx wrench to unscrew the bolts of the disc brake rotor counterclockwise in a diagonal order. (In order to prevent the disc brake rotor from being unevenly stressed and causing the bolts to jam).
c. Remove the disc brake rotor and rotor bolts, put them aside.
d. Put the disc brake rotor with the literal side up and insert it into the upper hub alxe (hands cannot touch the red position in the picture), and rotate the disc brake rotor to make the mounting holes align with the mounting holes at the hub.
e. Put the disc brake rotor with the literal side up and insert it into the upper hub alxe (hands cannot touch the red position in the picture), and rotate the disc brake rotor to make the mounting holes align with the mounting holes at the hub.
4. reinstall the front wheel.(front wheel installation guide)
5. Reinstall the battery.
Inspection:
1. Check that the front wheel is installed tightly.
2. Check that the brake rotor is in the middle of the two brake pads, and check the function of the brake.
3. Check whether the front wheel can work normally.
