HJM was very good to work with. The Fedex damaged the bike and HJM's customer service was excellent to deal with. They sent me replacement parts for free within a week after I send them detailed photos/video of the damaged box and bike being dropped off at my apartment. I love the bike! I have added several accessories to the bike to suit my needs. It has great power and battery life.

I must say, that army green color is simply fantastic. While I do own two other ebikes, there's just something about this green beast that really speaks to me. It has this unique allure that sets it apart from the others in my collection, making it my absolute favorite.

This is a very cost-effective electric bike. Its front and rear double shock absorbers are very effective, even on bumpy roads. Before buying, I specifically searched for suspension bikes, but most of them were 26', which was too big for me. This one is 20', which is suitable for daily riding and hiking on mountain trails. I compared several brands and $1600 is a reasonable price in my opinion.

My son loves this bike. It came with all the tools we needed to put it together, and the tires were already pumped up. I'd totally suggest this E-Bike to my family and friends.
